Noodle Bowl

A simple lunch or dinner, very easy to alter to one's liking

For this recipe, I used A-sha noodles from Costco. These are my personal favourite for these types of noodle bowls. For toppings, you can do just about anything, but it's a real time saver if you keep it vegetarian.

Recipe:

  • A-sha noodle pack with the sauce

  • roasted yams: around half a yam per person, roasted with brown sugar and olive oil

  • cut-up red pepper

  • chopped avocado

  • sesame seeds
