Mini Apple Crisp for 2
My boyfriend and I are trying to eat healthier, so baking 20 cookies isn't the best option for us.
Instead, I've been making baby desserts for the two of us. These require MINIMAL EFFORT. When I say that, I mean it. These took me around 5-10 minutes to prep and make, and another 40 to bake while I did my homework.

Recipe:
-
1 large honeycrisp apple
-
4 tablespoons brown or golden sugar
-
2 tablespoons of butter (cold)
-
2 tablespoon flour
-
1 tablespoon of heavy cream
-
4 tablespoons of oats with 1/4 tsp of cinnamon
-
2 tablespoons of pecans
Directions:
-
Line 2 4" ramekins with butter (I got mine from Ikea pretty cheap)
-
Place the chopped apples into the ramekins
-
Using a mixer, mix together the sugar, butter, flour, and cream. Then add the oats, cinnamon and pecans.
-
Place the mixture into the ramekins and press firmly on the batter.
